Over the course of my final 7 weeks in the program, I developed the training module that this site will guide you through to address teams that are connected, but don't feel connected to each other because their work seems too different. I can speak from personal experience that it is always a good idea to keep people on a team in-the-loop, even if what you are working on doesn't seem like it will affect the other subgroups.
